Final load-in details, table numbers and parking instructions will be sent before the show.
Venue: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s Activity Center, Prescott. One controlled entrance.
- Show promotion
Promotion reaches Prescott, Flagstaff and Phoenix through targeted ads, local groups, game stores and campus promotion.
Our August show packed the gym, with vendors from as far as Phoenix.
Vendor pricing
Tables are $60 each. Junior vendor tables are $30 each.
Ages 17 and under. A parent or guardian applies and stays at the table throughout the show.

Applying for a junior vendor age 17 or under? The parent or guardian must sign in or create their own account, submit the application, and remain at the table throughout the show.
Apply, receive approval, then pay through your vendor dashboard. PTCC verifies payment and assigns tables.
